Delivery

UK SHIPPING 

• All orders are sent via a tracked courier service.

• Orders will be delivered up to 5 working days after date of purchase

• We are not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address so please make sure you sure you state the correct address when filling out the delivery form.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

• Non-UK orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked and signed for international parcel service to ensure your items get to you safely.

• If you are ordering from outside the EU please be aware you may get charged customs tax which must be payed for by the recipient of the parcel.

Returns

• If you would like to return your item(s) please use the 'contact' tab at the top of the page or email us at [email protected] and send us your order number within 7 days of receiving your item. 

• We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in the post. Please note we do not currently cover the cost of postage when returning an item to us.

• Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging.

• Please allow 3 working days for us to process your return.

If in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item please email us at [email protected] with a description and photo showing the defects.
